Institute of Development Administration of Nigeria is duly registered by law and approved by the Attorney-General of the Federation with enabling instrument to operate in Nigeria under Guarantee.
The Institute Head Office is located in Abuja with Liaison Offices in Kano, Lagos, Kaduna, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Jos, London and USA.

Partnership in Bachelor Degree Programmes
The institute serve as an accredit information center for the University of Ibadan Distance Learning Centre to facilitate enrolment and registration of first degree students on distance learning in Abuja and environs. The distance learning center
provides tutorial materials, contacts and award degrees to deserving students
Diplomas
The Institute also runs Diploma in Development Administration in collaboration with University of Ibadan, Distance Learning Centre.
Certifcate in Computer Studies
This three (3) months programme runs in
partnership with University Of Ibadan, Distant Learning center with resource
support from DLC.at the end of the programme,
students are examined by Distant Learning Centre and
certificate awarded to deserving student.

The programme is expected to train professional Development Administrators who are needed to facilitate the current development practice and objective of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

The Programme is also aimed at preparing participants to be able to
manage development issues, projects, and activities based on the specific areas and facilitate speedy development

The programme is expected to train those
already practicing development administrations with
various agencies without sufficient training.

The Programme will assist in training participants to set up practice on their own
rather than looking up to government for employment..

To provide high caliber professionals for the implementation of development programmes, issues, activities and policies in both public and private sectors.

on monitoring and evaluation and impact assessment of projects and programme for sustainable development
ICT Module
It is mandatory for all Development Administration students to be profficient in ICT. This makes the MIS module very compulsory in all Ramifications. The MIS module is run as a separate course and certificate by University of Ibadan, Distance Learning Center as an additional qualifiation. Where students do not register for MIS on seperate ground, and their prior certificate is accepted to the Institute, their PPGD ( Professional Post-Graduate Diploma ) transcript only will reflect MIS without the University Certificate on ICT
Applications
All applications are processed as soon as they are received, many departments are able to make decision within four weeks (and sometimes sooner) though it may take longer at busy times, and some applications might require further confirmations.
